An FYI...without insurance, hydrocodone was costing anywhere between 20-100.00 for a month's supply 3 yrs ago..Im sure it costs much more now. It may be that your insurance covers certain items to a percentage and require you to pay the rest or if you have a set amount that they will cover you for, you may be starting to reach that end limit and they may be charging you co-pays.
