Thank you for the quick reply. In thinking back I have been getting kind of sick after eating peanut butter sandwiches for a while, didn't think much about it because I have all kinds of stomach problems, but after last night and today, it has to be the peanuts. Rats, I love peanut butter and nuts. I have been slowly cutting out foods for the last how many years, seems like I am getting more and more allergic to things. Have always had dairy allergies, citrus allergies, now peanuts, I think I need to call my Dr. and let him know what the heck is going on. This is kind of scary. I thought it was just from the cold I have, but, no it is happening every time I am eating nuts. I started sneezing yesterday evening, and couldn't figure out why, it is unusual for me to sneeze like that

unless I know there is something in the apt. Then my chest hurt me on and off all night. Now it is happening again, so far so good, for today, I think I will use my nebulizer in a little while, just used my emergency inhaler. Better sit close to my phone for a while and make sure it doesn't get any worse. To: asthma Sent: Wednesday, December 14, 2011 4:57 PM Subject: Re: spam allergies and nuts

Hi, yep you can develop allergies at any point in your life, and it can be something you've always taken for granted. I suddenly became allergic to oranges which I loved, many people have told me how they have strangely become allergic to foods, medicines or even other people!

It's all related in some scientific way to your antibodies, usually the IgG's. Luckily we are all different and some can eat nuts, some can't eat nuts and others are simply nuts!

I have an allergy to dark chocolate, so I force myself to eat milk chocolate instead! Still, one must endeavour . . .!

Does anyone know if you can develop peanut allergies as an adult? I never had a peanut allergy, but, about 6 months ago I stopped eating cashews because they made me really sick, now I have been getting sick yesterday, and today, after eating dry roasted peanuts? Never had a problem before. But I noticed last night and today I finally figured that after I ate a handful of dry roasted peanuts I have a lot of chest pain, and had to use my nebulizer and rescue inhaler, is this possible, never had a peanut allergy before. I guess I need to throw these peanuts away fast. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for this Madeline. We could add this to the files in the group website. Keep your passwords strong folks.

Just an FYI. This is a list of the most common passwords (and easiest to guess). You may be surprised by what is on this list.

Sorry bout that. I definitely was hacked. I was at work when all the emails were sent out. UGH. Yahoo has a huge issue with being hacked lately...and the sad part is, that while my email address here is an aol.com one, I had supplied yahoo with that email address as a primary email. SO...my aol account got hacked b/c of yahoo. Not too happy about that. But, Ive changed all my passwords so Im hoping its all squared away.

As a rule of thumb, I try to NEVER send a link without saying what the link is about...I hope nobody opened it, but if you did, change your passwords now.

Ann
