Digital meters are much more accurate than manual ones and measure both peak flow and fev1.MadelineConnected by DROID on Verizon Wireless Need advice on purchasing a peak flow meter I would like advice onpurchasing a peak flow meter for my husband, who has COPD. We live in the U.S., and wouldpurchase it on the Internet. We can get to Walgreen's and CVS, but not easily.There seem to be manual ones and digital ones. Are the digital ones preferable?They seem to include computer software that is not compatible with Windows 7,which is what I have. I think a manual one, good quality, would work. Please let me know what youhave bought recently and whether or not you are satisfied with it. Thanks foryour help,Judy K.
