when im having an attack i'll usually have warning signs(that i sometimes dont even notice till its a full blown attack) i get headache,sore throat,sometimes i have allergy symtoms,my peak will start to drop... this is the last thing i notice i'll need more inhaler than normal. my attacks usually strt with chest tightness and cough(more than is my normal) i get really short of breath and sometimes i'll hear myself wheeze. then my steroids get doubled( pred and my symbicort is increased to 3x a day rather than 2) this usually takes aboout a week for me to get back to my normal. I get bronchitis about 2x a yr and it just makes everything worse
