I am very sorry to say that there is very much a tie-in with asthma and acid reflux. My asthma was the worst ever this summer and am blaming the weather for it. Combined with that my acid reflux also became the worst ever. I am using treadmill for 1/2hr. and making sure to exercise daily and also to make sure I am doing the bicycle exercise in order to stop stomach problems. Just a thought ... I started eating oatmeal again and notice that I am moving much easier and that may lessen stomach problems as well as giving lungs more space to breath. Once the stomach starts working properly and can move bowels easier then there is more space for the lungs to expand and breathe.Hope you start feeling better soon .... you and everyone else.SharonFrom:"Violet Eudy" Subject:RE: Asthma & digestive problems...Date:August 3, 2012 1:37:22 PM EDTTo:"asthma " <asthma >I Every time my stomach flares up my asthma is worse. I keep thinking that I need to watch what I eat and when.Sent from my iPad
