Hi Damarise,

I too live in Canada and got my mms2 (pool shock) from a local pool/spa store for $7. The O capsule machine I purchased from a local health food store for $20, and empty capsules were about $5. I too am using mms1, but will not be adding my mms2 for quite awhile until I am able to handle the mms1 better through detoxing. Just be careful you don't do too much killing of pathogens and become toxic from the die-off as I have done. As MMS does not discriminate against any disease it is not so necessary to find out what co-infections you have in order to destroy them.
