Hi Damarise,

Yes, you can use mag oil directly from the bottle, but if you have not used it before, it most likely will STING your skin and I mean it stings.. This is why most people have to dilute it initially with 50% distilled water...

You just spray as many sprays into your palm, then rub on the skin. Each spray at 100% strength is 8.5 mgs of elemental magnesium.

Starting low and scaling up, you want to achieve approx 100 sprays daily of 100%.. I would start with 5 sprays only on one arm the first day, than add the other arm the next day, then 1 leg, then the other leg. Then scale up to 10 sprays starting with one arm and add on body part each day... Unlike MMS that we need to scale up slowly, with mag oil we scale this way to prevent the skin from stinging too much. If you put 10 sprays on the first day, it may sting, even at 50%...

If you are going to use full strength, I would try 5 sprays on one arm first for several days, if it starts stinging, it will only worsen... Best to cut it then by 50% with distilled water...Don't throw out what you pour out of the bottle to make room for the water, put this in a container and use it later..
