Hi Fifi,

If you are getting migraines from 1 drop of MMS, it is possible the die-off is causing this.. Headaches often are caused because we are toxic...

You may want to drop your dose down to 1/2 or 1/4 drop to start..., you want to stay below these migraines..

The way to do partial drops is activate 1 drop of MMS with 1 drop of citric acid. After it is activated, add your water to the glass. drink 1/4th or 1/2 of this to get the partial drops...

MMS can not cause migraines, either toxins or you may have an allergy to the citric acid... Fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice or organic apple cider vinegar (like Braggs) can be substituted... If you use any of these, you use 5 drops of the acid for each 1 drop of MMS...
