Guest guest
I have a 4 1/2 year old boy who was diagnosed with mild autism by age of 2. Later a neurologist/endocronologist said that he was not autistic but was very impulsive and compultive (which could be ADHD) and had a encepha... delay. Now another doctor mentioned that he is the typical case of ADHD and that he has sensory integration problems as part of it as well. Now he has behavior problems, hits, kicks, yells, and cries when frustrated of upset. This has gone on for almost two years and no matter what behavior plan is put into effect his behaviors start again. His language is increasing but so is his imitation of cartoon voices, etc. We are now taking him to another neurologist and we have not found anyone that we could relate to or that has had a similar situation.
