HiThis seems like a positive step in ethics in the medical industry, but in the end it is the individual to chose not to accept drugs doctors want to prescribe that may be harmful to them and also to chose safer ways in healing oneself. I think we give the phara companies more importance than they deserve in the end it should be up to the individual to take control of there own health not medical doctors that are great at memeroizing for exams yet really know almost nothing about healing. I do believe also homepathic medicine when administered correctly is the best way route to go in healing, the body should be able to heal itself of almost anything, especially when it aligns itself to natural energies of life, chi. Well back in the day homeopathy was the typical standard of care! It wasn't till later when the "Big bad AMA" was created that Homeopathy got run over and taken over by Western medicine! People were treated and healed by homeopathy and in fact some practices used today were taken and stolen from the "basis" of homeopathy. Western medicine has never healed anyone. It's actually crude, barbaric and in many cases unnecessary. The AMA's original sole purpose was to get medical docs a higher standard of pay and had little to do with standard of care.

Honestly if we never had derived from homeopathic care....people wouldn't all be inflicted with chronic health issues we are today! I do not believe the medical world will ever give credence or credit to it's healing capabilities. They are too brainwashed by BigPharma and the ego's that are running our medical establishment. Why would they when people could get permanently healed and end suffering for pennies when the government can permanently screw people up and continue to feed their money hungry pockets?

AND I agree....we have little say in how we treat ourselves and in many instances have no medical freedom! Each day we take hits from the government taking away our civil liberties. If it weren't for small groups and people slowly waking up at the wheel we would have none! That is why it is important for people to fight with whatever strength or ability we have to keep the small freedoms we do have. One day this fight will be over...until then we need to continue to fight! Jodie L>

If it goes through, Big Pharma will have to disclose how it bribes - I mean pays - doctors to prescribe their products whether by brand preference or one-offs (using it for entirely different purposes). The IDSA folks would certainly be exposed for their role in keeping Lyme under their thumbs, although the article does not get into this. It's strictly my own interpretation.
