I was struggling this morning at work as although the room is a reasonable size, there are a LOT of us in there, and no aircon, so even with the windows open it was very stuffy. Luckily a few doses of salbutamol later, I was fine, and am enjoying the heat. I love it - I do so much better in the heat. I just wish it weren't as humid, but I can imagine for you it's worse since I'm at least as far inland as you can get in the UK.Planning on going out geocaching for the day tomorrow, but I'm a bit concerned at how much water I'm going to have to carry. Can't leave it in the car either, as it'll be warm then!Jenn Tha can tek t'lass outta Yorkshire...! Don't brand me, don't classify me, don't tell me what to wear. I'll be who I want to be, and I'm proud to be me. To: AspergillusGroup ; AsthmaGroup

Ain't it blooming marvellous! The sun comes out, the temp rises to 26 degrees in the shade, and immediately my breathing begins to resemble a leaky accordion being played by a one armed, tone deaf politician!

Can't go out coz the air instantly disappears around me and I turn in to a lobster fresh out the pan!

Oh the joys of respiratory problems!

Head for the preds, the nebs and the O2 mask again.

Cheers from Mike (Chip) Chapman
