Love your heart, Chip! Your sense of humor is quite lively considering. My asthma is very close to going off the deep end, but I'm hanging in there. The warm air outside is just too much so I'm inside with the AC on high. I hope you feel better fast.

OK, so I went to the doc's yesterday and the first printable words he said was that I should be admitted in hospital asap! I replied no so can't print his next comment either!

My problem is the respiratory ward in the Royal Cornwall hospital is the hottest and stuffiest ward in the whole building! No air flow, no AC and fans in short supply! Not to mention the aromas of body odours hanging in the still air and turning all those who dare enter the ward into a fetching shade of green. At least at home I can hang out a window and offer amusement to passers by with my glazed vision, red face and mouth imitating a fish out of water!

Anyway I did agree to up preds to 40mgs, up nebs to drowning levels and rest. The wife has even decided to take the day off work, amazing! I think she's just here to make sure I don't collapse or die on her clean carpets! I swear she's got a black bin bag in her pocket, just in case!

Ahh well, as I'm glue to my desk chair, I may as well get some more writing done in between sucking on the oxygen and drinking nebs. Summer! Who the heck said THAT was a good idea!

Cheers from Mike (Chip) Chapman
