Ora...for once you and I agree! Oxygen IS a drug when it is used in a medical setting. At all other times it is considered a gas. This is why you need a prescription for oxygen. However, in some countries, oxygen is not considered a medically regulated drug (similar to marijuana) and you can go to an oxygen bar and inhale it...it is wierd.
