Guest guest
Edie, This site has a wealth of reading info. In particular, check out the reading drills. These are basic, but extremely necessary. Her teacher loved them and they now do them in school. These train the brain to sound out faster which is the primary function in good reading in my opinion. <http://www.donpotter.net/ed.htm> http://www.donpotter.net/ed.htm Good Luck, Lynn <http://www.donpotter.net/ed.htm> From: " ebrickman12000 " <bedith@...> Subject: Reading Instruction I have a 9 year old high functioning boy with autismI need to know from the group what they have " used' and have been " successful with " when it comes to reading?
