Guest guest
Hi , My son is 5 and has been a patient of Dr. G for over 2 years with good results. Dr. G's phone is 858.343.1010. His diet is gfcfsf, dye-free, preservative-free, low sugar (no refined sugar). I have my own issues (hormonal, digestive, gallbladder), and I use homeopathy and diet (no fatty foods, nothing fried, no dairy except yogurt) with good results to address them. Kristy Hi I'm new-into Hello, I have an almost 8-year-old ASD son and I have recently stumbled upon this group. I have been seeing a DAN dr. for a year now with little improvement and been GFCF for 8 months. I strongly believe my son has neuroimmune issues. I even have test results that show high HHV6 titers. I have a very sick mother with high HHV6 titers as well, and I have autoimmune hepatitis and recently found out my gallbladder is functioning at 3%. Both of these believe to be caused by HHV6. My questions are..#1-Where do I find more information? #2-Where do I find a chapter in my area? #3-How do I get a hold of Dr. Goldberg? #4-What are some of the forms of treatment you have been using or recommend? And #5-What type of diet do you have your children on? TIA, ville, Florida

Guest guest
Yep. Thanks. Mine is 858. Wow, has my brain been on sabbatical this week or what? Maybe due to lack of sleep - my dd has been really sick with respiratory flu. Kristy Hi I'm new-into Hello, I have an almost 8-year-old ASD son and I have recently stumbled upon this group. Guest guest
We're going through the same thing here. I have three boys with bronchitis and one of them has an ear infection as well. Yuck! Hope your dd feels better. Robyn Kristy Nardini <krnardini@...> wrote: Yep. Thanks. Mine is 858. Wow, has my brain been on sabbatical this week or what? Guest guest
Kristy: Is your son on a combo GFCFSF/ diet? I'd like to hear more, if so. My son has been a patient of Dr. G's since December. We just got allergy tests back, which indicate rather severe allergies to egg, wheat, gluten, rye, and several fruits. Dr. G wants us to stay on the diet, but I'm wondering if we could combine the two for a quicker response. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Guest guest
Hi , He's not really on the diet. He does not do well with wheat (I have not tried other grains to see if it's more a gluten than wheat thing, because wheat tears up his digestive system and gives him eczema around his mouth), and between what he can and will eat, I've had to stick more to GFCFSF than . I have to say that his twin sister had severe feeding issues their first 3 years (to the point I wasn't sure she would survive), and I am still traumatized, so my son's diet probably works more for me than for him ;-( IOW, I feed him what he easily eats - GFCFSF that we started before Dr. G - without a battle. In my fantasies, I would be able to easily feed him lots of veggies and fruits, but my reality is I'm petrified of working to get him there. He will eat carrots while he is absorbed on the computer, and that elates me! As I read this, I'm realizing I probably need therapy - or more sleep ;-) Kristy Re: Hi I'm new-into Kristy: Is your son on a combo GFCFSF/ diet? I'd like to hear more, if so.
