I talked to my endocrinologist about adrenal gland issues. When I told him my symptoms and showed him some information I had he said I was describing symptoms of both under and over producing glands and that it can't be both. At the time I thought he had a point, but then I started to think....wouldn't it be possible that I could have had over producing glands for years and now I have adrenal fatigue therefore under producing? I have been taking Dr. 's Adrenal Rebuilder for about 9 months which has helped. I read his book "Adrenal Fatigue" which has alot of useful info in it, though it does have alot for people that adrenals don't work great due to burning the candle at both ends vs. an infection as we have. But, he does address that, too. I am also taking maca for it, which has helped further. I recently bought an EMEM and have been using adrenal frequencies and do believe that gives me more energy.

I recently discovered a great place to buy name brand supplements at huge savings, such as Dr. W's I mentioned. It's www.greenandhealthy.com. (No affiliation with them).
