Guest guest
Hi all... Thank you for still being here!!!!!!! I am having yeast issues for the first time in my life and I plan on starting the Y.E.D. If you remember I did it for the heck of it to kick off my 2004 New Year. I am glad that I was able to log in and search for the information. God's Blessings to you and yours, Marla > > I saved this for whenever I decided to be as brave as Marla Jo :-). > > ~ (who needs to join Carboholics Anonymous) > > > > Re: OT: Yeast Elimination Diet > > > > > > For three days, eat only steamed vegetables (not the starchy > kinds) > > and drink lots of filtered (or bottled) water. > > > > For three days, eat only Bieler soup: Recipe: 1 bunch of celery > > with leaves, just cutting off any brown spots and the bottom > inch or > > so. 1 bunch of Italian parsley 5 medium sized zucchini 1 pound > of > > green beans > > > > Steam with a small amount of water until cellulose fiber is just > > broken down. > > > > After this for three days, ONLY drink filtered water.
