Hi all...

Thank you for still being here!!!!!!!

I am having yeast issues for the first time in my life and I plan on starting

the Y.E.D. If you remember I did it for the heck of it to kick off my 2004 New

Year.

I am glad that I was able to log in and search for the information.

Im 6 days in and it is so very hard....Sunday starts my 3 days of water. I cant

believe that I am still doing it and it was as hard as I remember.
