have just had my first significant herx after, 432, 90 secs in 17 diff positions including 5 on my head. along with the more recognizable joint pain in knees, ankles and neck I had crazy brain fog-zoniness and inability to concentrate- depression, loud loud tinnitis, exhaustion, forehead congestion, and the need to 'pop' my ears almost constantly. an odd constellation of symptoms for one stupid little bug, but just to encourage you that it shows up all sorts of ways. Possibly, but I don't know. I get intense brain fog with MMS and had left sided severe joint pain with the first few times of GSE and the first two oil pulling sessions.

My endocrine system is my huge pain point. Working on my adrenals and thyroid and other hormones...and they have been wreaking havoc on my sleep for a while.
