Before, he had frequent bowel movements that were generally soft but together.

He would go two sometimes three times a day, but he was content to do it. He

had potty pride. Lately, he's been having lots of accidents, including while in

the bath. We just got his food panel back over the weekend and see that he has

many food allergies. I hope that this new knowledge will help us change his

diet a bit more.

I'm curious....what were his bowel habits before the diet change?

Has the diet change had any other benefits? My son suffers too with

constipation, but it could be related to another problem from birth.

thanks

try 1 teaspoon flaxseed and 1 teaspoon benefiber; my son was impacted 2X, and

this was the pediatric gastronologist's? recommendation, and it really helps

him---we used to mix it in something soft, but now we just mix it in water, and

spoon feed it to him
