Sample Diet ( per Dr. G's guidelines)

Hi All,

Would anyone be willing to post or email me offline a *typical* weekly

diet of their child? Some days, I feel like we are doing good, pushing

the protein, little bit of carb (NO WHOLE GRAINS) and limited sugar.

Then I'll start to think " Oh, if he can have rice krispies with soy

milk, why not soy ice cream with a wafer cone? " ...Or, " Oh, he's had a

lot of protein today and enough veggies, how about a chocolate chip

cookie?(gasp) "

And then I feel like it could become a slippery slope of justifying

what foods are OK per Dr. Goldberg's guidelines. Somedays I just want

my son to eat like any typical 4 year old :)

I know all the rules, I am just looking for some new ideas (or maybe

the menu is getting redundant).

Thanks in advance to all the Moms and Dads-you truly have been

lifesavers to our family!!
