However PCOS is an excessive amount of cysts and there are a ton of side effects with it, some very similar to Lyme.I have read recently that women with Lyme generally due have more cysts, but I don't have a reference for you to look up. Maybe they are related and they just haven't been officially 'linked' yet.A friend of mine also has PCOS and it caused her a lot of pain. Occassionally I will feel a cyst burst and it causes pain, but not frequently. If you

I too, have had ovarian cysts. I have found in addition to castor oil packs, the beet/aloe/molasses remedy to work well (although I didn't often use molasses). You can google it for more information...it sounds really odd, but it might be helpful.

Other things I tried included progesterone cream, and getting other hormones balanced. Lyme's etc has really affected my endocrine system .
