Questions about Sinus Infections

I am having difficulty keeping these darn sinuses clear. We have

tried several antihistamines and wouldn't you know it but they make

him hyper. I can not give tham at night so our current regimen is

Astelin 2 x a day

Nasonex 1 x a day

Ah Chew tablet bedtime(anthistamine/decongestant/antichologenic

combo)

This works pretty well.. but drG wants him clear, and he has a lot

of post nasal drip. It does not seem to be related to any one thing

I can put my finger on. I also run an air puifier in his room at

night. (BTW I have the exact same thing....try to take all the

allergy meds, but constantly have congestion and stuffy ears.)

Any of you successfully dealt with this?

Is it an infection that has just not been treated adequately and

conquered?

Or just allergy? (not a seasonal issue either)
