& Cheryl,

Thank you both for your replys. I am feeling a bit more at ease

with the feedback you provided which is so invaluable to a newbie

mom! I also reviewed some studies of the use of these meds in the

treatment of symptons associated with the " A " word so I was able to

gain more medical insight as well.

Sounds like the trickest part will be finding the correct med and

tweeking the dosage. I am starting my son today while I still have

about a month and a half off before I return to work. I want to

observe his behavior and hopefully get a comfort level with the med

before this window of opportunity closes.

My son is non verbal but should I observe behavior that suggest he

may have an headache would you suggest I give him Tylenol, Advil or

Motrin?

I believe I will have a similar issue identifying food reactions

from med reactions. I had previously limited his diet to SCD which

raised his immune stress markers from a 2 to a 3 on his last lab.

He was on the GFCF diet when we first began with Dr. G and the lab

marker was a 2. I will begin incorporating the diet today so I

am expecting it may challenging to figure if I should attribute

behaviors to diet or meds. Don't be surprise if I have to send

another post!:)

Anyway thanks so much and to all the parents I continually meet in

Dr. G's office that are so helpful and freely provide me advice

based on their experiences. It is indeed appreciated.

Thanks for the well wishes and we'll keep you posted on our progress.
