Guest guest
He's recommending Dr Uszler ? odd - what happened to Brain Matters ? (There is a Brain Matters loc. near the UCLA nuc site where Carmen did 's scans) This will be something I ask him when we visit in 2 wks If he's recommending Dr Uszler, then 's had his last SPECT scan. doris -maryland Posted by: " Argie Olivo " golivo@... <mailto:golivo@...?Subject=%20Re%3A%20spect> woody90275 <woody90275> Wed Mar 12, 2008 10:40 am (PDT) Hi Doris, Laurie at Dr. G's office gave me Dr. Uzler's card the last month. I asked Laurie if I can take her to Harbor UCLA and she said no. We liked her as well when we took our son there a few years ago. Our Insurance had no problems with UCLA, and we also have the Federal, I'm hoping they'll cover Santa Imaging and Therapy Associates, Dr. J. Uszler, M.D.
Guest guest
I'm curious. If you don't mind telling me, what problem did you have with Dr. Uszler? I was put off somewhat by his office staff and their lack of organization, but our experience with the scan and with Dr. Uszler was excellent. He was very considerate and compassionate with Noah. BTW, I did find a Brain Matters, Inc. in Torrance, CA (they also have offices in Seattle and Denver) that does neurospect scans. Maybe they moved. All the best, Robyn Doris and Steve <sjsmith@...> wrote: He's recommending Dr Uszler ? odd - what happened to Brain Matters ? Guest guest
Hi Doris, We have an appointment on the 20th, if I remember, I'll ask him. I really liked Brain Matters as well. May I ask why you won't go to Dr. Uzler's? My son, had " ingrown toenail " surgery today, and I loved the doctor and anesthesiologist and the rest of the staff! They we're so impressed with , they asked many questions about Dr. Goldberg and his practice, especially the Anesthesiologist. We don't always see how much progress our kids have made because we have to deal with the day to day therapies, meds and schools, that it's hard to notice how much they've improved!
