Hi Jina,

Yes to answer your question. You can raise your hemoglobin by

supplementing with organic iron (you will find in the files) or by

taking chlorophyll. Probably the best form is wheat grass juice or

powder. Chlorophyll is remarkably similar to human hemoglobin and has

been shown to increase hemoglobin in studies and research. Gotta be

better than taking procrit shots every other day or so.

However, Don't just up and quit your procrit, cold turkey, unless you

really feel that you don't need it anymore. I really don't wish to see

you do a nosedive healthwise.

To make the organic iron just take a cup of black strap molasses and put

it into a blender and add in a cup of organic apple cider vinegar and

blend. Then store in the refrigerator. This will give you all the iron

you need. However, you may not be deficient in iron and may suffer from

pernicuous anemia. In this case all the iron in the world isn't going to

help you much. For this you need B-12 and folic acid both. So I would

suggest that you also take in B-12 and folic acid. Don't forget the

chlorophyll either as it helps to build new blood cells.

Hope I didn't confuse you too much.
