Hi Jodie,i thought you were feeling better?  any chance all the mms was too much too fast and maybe you are being bogged down by too many toxins being released--maybe a mild chronic herx?  i know i sometimes feel like that.  not too bad, just kind of  'below ok-maybe a little tired and yukky " but not real sick?

although, sometimes i feel like i'm making progress, share that with others, only to feel like i'm going backwards a while.  then i feel like family thinks i'm 'whatever' because i'm ok, then not, then ok, then not.  we all understand that, but others don't.  actually, sometimes i feel that here too, but that is maybe just feeling encouraged then feeling discouraged because it didn't last.  but actually, i do believe others really understand that 2 steps forward, 1 back, then 1 forward and 2 back.

hope you will pick up soon.  it is so discouraging to feel that backward movement.  but then, maybe that forward movement is right around the corner. barbara

it is super helpfull for me but alone it is unsufficiant for me

Hi, I have been on MMS for 8 months and have a long way to go. I am doing orally 18 drops, enema (3 drops) and a 40 drop bath every night. I have lyme, bart, babs, myco, & parasites and honestly it doesn't feel like I have made a dent in it. It probably depends on the amount of infections you have and how long you have had them. I have never used a coil or rife or MMS2 so I can't compare. Jodie L.

>> I am working my way up to 6 drops per hour with the MMS 2000 protocol. Just curious from others...how necessary is MMS2? How far can you get with just MMS?
