Guest guest
One thing I wanted to add about Dr. Uzler's office (and correct me if I'm wrong), they do not sedate there. They can re calibrate for some movement. We have been there twice, and my daughter really enjoyed Wendell, he was very mellow about the whole procedure. Dr. Uzler sat down with us before and after, and was nice, interested and informative both times. Joni
Guest guest
They do sedate there, you just need to plan inadvance. I brought my son there last year and he had sedation at office.
Guest guest
Last time we were at Uszler's office, they brought in an anesthetist, which our son needed. Perhaps he lines them up as needed. Guest guest
Joni/all: what did Dr Uzler say when he sat down? How well can he interpret the spect scans? does he explain the findings? doris -land > > One thing I wanted to add about Dr. Uzler's office (and correct me if I'm > wrong), they do not sedate there. Guest guest
Uszler's office will sedate, and, other than the fact that the anesthesiologist was 3 hours late due to being in surgery, it was a good experience. He and his office staff are, as indicated, very laid back and gracious. Guest guest
Oops. Sorry about that last message without text... Just so everyone knows, the Harbor-UCLA facility is not in a hospital setting. It is actually in a small professional building which is located on the Harbor-UCLA hospital *campus*, but not in the hospital itself. It's exactly like going to any other doctor's office. No check-ins or other issues. Parking there is free. Parking at Dr. Uzler's is not. Donna > > > Dr. Goldberg is the one who interprets the findings > > in detail.
