Hi,i also find all the information over whelming. I bought so many supplements, teas, ect. that they are just sitting there and sometimes i don t even know why or what they do. i found though as you gather information, you process it intellectually first after a while you try to do things more intuitively. not doing things as a regime or force, but in a natural and intuivitive way, if you don t take one thing or miss something you feel you need to take not to worry you may remember the next time, i think it is important not to let this illness take over you life phychologically, and just live and not think about things that much and to cure yourself in an intuitive way. if you constantly think of all the protocals ect. frequencies you have to do , it will make life a kind of torture. try to live life like you never knew you had lyme. but do the protocals in a natural manner as it will probably become inutitive in time. i have days i really cannot deal with all this stuff and just ignore everything than when im up to it il do some frequenices or take some supplements. take things in steps, with the most important ones first and than when you can handle more stuff go to a second level. but dont overburden yourself with too much it will make you phychologically sick.Damarise.To: Lyme_and_Rife From: healingdance@...Date: Sat, 28 Jan 2012 11:50:27 -0800Subject: Re: Doug Coil? Rife? How to Detox? Supplements? Abx? TMI!!!

KimI know how hard this journey is to get well and the confusion of too much information can be difficult. One thing that I do is that I make a file and copy and paste information that I want to keep into a file on my computer. This way I have small nougets of advice to look back up, without having to search through all the group emailsVery few standard western medicine doctors know how to

treat lyme. The ones that do have a designation of LLMD Lyme literate MD.There are a few places online that will help you locate on near you .One is ILADS.ORG the other is lymenetI personally like the empowerment of being in charge of my own body.I do however make use of natural medicine doctors advice and occasional treatment since I am still fighting for disability.I have also found that over time, natural remedies work better for healing lyme than any western medicine doesJanRe: Doug Coil? You're just at the beginning of a large undertaking. it looks monolithic, but will eventually bbreakreak down into manageable parts. The era of having a venerable kindly doctor visit our bedside and guide us back to health is gone (if it ever existed) This is a fantasy most of us have had to get over, grieve about for a while, and then move forward into new realm of discovery and experimentation. As we become empowered and begin to have small, but noticeable successes, we take pack our own power and begin to have compassion for the mainstream of people who still revere doctors like priests, and are often mmisledisled or ill-served

by them.Don't get me wrong, there are still great docs, surgeons, researchers, and throwbacks who'd really like to be good old-fashioned family GPs, but the medical community has mostly failed Lymies and as we shift our attention to each other: determined, courageous Lymies, and listen to their experiences, and cautiously begin our own trial and error way, we can learn SO much, that's beyond even our disease: we can learn about our own personal sovereignty. Quite exhilarating, actually. Just take it one day at a time, and resign yourself to a long, gradual progress. Yes, it's especially tough to be a Lymie mom, but fortunately there are a lot of experienced Lymie moms who have blazed trail before you, who can help you sort things out.Be

well,LénaThanks for the encouragement! I don't handle stress well at all. Reading all of this information is overwhelming for me. But I know everyone on here is dealing with this too so I know I can do it! :)I really upsets me that I cannot rely on the medical community to help me. I feel like there is so much to learn and so many decisions to make...not only for my treatment but my daughters.Anyway, I don't mean to be a downer! Thank you again!Kim"Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything

really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R. Buckminster Fuller
