Guest guest
Carol, Thanks for the information about Imunovir but, should I continue to take this drug if my blood level uric acid is high? Have you had this problem in the past? If so, what did you do to get your levels down?I have been taking Isoprinosine-6,6,6,6,6,2,2 -three bottles, off a month then back on for almost a year now.I also think it is a wonderful drug but, I have not had this problem before, have you? I recently ordered some from Ireland, as usual, and they informed me they were turning my order over to their Canadian distributor, since there were too many delays from US Customs and/or FDA when coming into the US from Ireland. But that took time - a total of a month from the time I ordered to the time I received it. The delay seemed to be in Ireland getting the order to Canada. I'll be ordering from Canada directly now. It seems to be cheaper too, which is strange. (My last order of three bottles from Ireland came to over $200.) To order, contact Bill Chick at Rivex in Ontario. 1 800 784 0975 ext 242 bchick@... The cost of Imunovir is $80 Canadian per bottle of 100 tabs. 3 bottles cost $240 plus $20 for shipping. The total cost for three bottles came to $166 in US dollars. Guest guest
Wow! I paid $200.00 Canadian dollars (here in Canada) for 100 tablets last year. Guest guest
It only works for a subgroup of people who have the a certain configuration in their immune panel. If you read the Byron Hyde MD research study on the drug you will see that it is only effective for a specific group of people. E. on RN, MSN **************Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Guest guest
Argie, We began imunovir in January after beginning acyclovir in October. They both are taken 5x/day (imunovir only 2x/day on weekends). After 2 weeks on imunovir, my son showed significant signs of a die-off, ie, extreme fatigue, napping after school, grumpiness, and more fogginess. We will see when labs are drawn in April if his titers have come down. He got back to his " normal " , but now has a bad cold. We have been patients of Dr. G's for 7 yrs, btw, and have been on valtrex and famvir in the past. I got the imunovir from buylowdrugs.com out of Canada. It requires a prescription and costs about $250 for 100. Not cheap. You take it for about 3 months and then take a break and then go back on. Kathy, Thanks for the info on Byron Hyde, MD. Dr. G must think my son falls into one of these subclasses. I am going to read up on it! Ellie Isoprinosine/Immunovir Hello Listmates, Has anyone ordered Isoprinosene/Immunovir? If so, where did you get it from and is it working? TIA, Argie
