Hi ,

Welcome to the group and we are glad you are here. Yes doctor's love

medication but not for themselves of course. You are on the right track

here so don't give up. You need to begin taking cayenne, lots of raw

garlic and ginger. These will all help with your HBP. As for your

cholesterol I would venture to guess that you may have a few gall stones

or just a congested liver. Just a guess. Drinking lots of distilled

water with fresh squeezed lemon juice in it will help take care of any

stones you may have. Also your juicing will help with all of this

including your diabetes.

There is a formula in the files that is specific for the pancreas. As

long as your pancreas isn't totally dead it can be rejuvenated and

brought back into harmony with the rest of your body. Carrots and

spinach juice are very good for you too. So is cabbage juice. For now

you would be much better off cutting out all sugar, dairy and starches.

If you are thirsty alot then flaxseed tea with a little peppermint herb

in it will be helpful.

You need to make certain that your bowels are well regulated or working

properly. You should, if you choose to eat, eat only unprocessed fruits,

vegetables, and sprouted nuts, seeds and grains. You will need to live

on a mucusless diet basically. But it sounds like you are already well

on your way to doing just that.

Congratulations on taking your own health back into your own hands. We

are more than happy to help and assist you in any way we can. If you

have any questions just feel free to ask and again welcome to the group.

Peace be with you .
