Hi JimI don t know much about milk, but for a long time i had this instinct not to drink any milk or dairy, though im not officially alergic to it, i read a few articles saying it can be a cause of leuckemia in chilldren, my kids hardly drink milk, if they do i give them goat milk. I never heard any tragic strories about people getting sick from raw milk, though there is always a risk in any food if it is not processed properly. But i feel people should have the freedom to make there own choices especially on what they eat. I wonder if there are ways to bypass the fda laws, one would be to do what one likes without the fda knowing, buying your own cow, cow sharing, or just buying things on the black market, or creating a religious organization that would exempt people from normal laws. making the church that includes drinking of raw milk and making pasterized milk prohibited in the religion. I think much of his income to support running the farm came from raw milk...

Which means there is good demand for drinking raw milk, we did so for centuries

before pasteurized came along. And now raw milk is considered dangerous, however

the much admired Weston Price Foundation believes it is the only milk to drink...
