The pizza is actually pretty good that way, but I am limited on time during the week. I wanted to make up a crust on the weekend and freeze it to use during the week. Just wondered how it would hold up. Also, has anyone tried making ketchup? The recipe I found calls for plum tomatoes. I'm showing my ignorance here, but what is a plum tomato and where would I find one here in MS? Help, someone who cooks more than I do!
