New and wondering where to go and what to do

Hello---I have an almost 3 year old son who was recently diagnosed

with autism, although we have been doing biomedical interventions for

autism for 7 months prior to his diagnosis. He has been receiving

early interventions services as well for 1.5 years.

I have recently started to think more about immune issues with him and

found this group. I am wondering what I need to do next to pursue

this. I am in the Triangle area in North Carolina. I can't figure

out how to find a doctor who is knowledgeable about neuroimmune

dysfunction. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? I just

don't know where to start.
