, I would recommend doing that. It is fascinating to understand the macrobiotic principles of yin and yang, which they would explain (or should explain) in a cooking class. When I ate strictly macrobiotic, I felt better than I ever felt in my life. I thought clearer, had tons of energy, etc. I don't stick to it because I'm lazy and because I like more spices, raw food, and yes...junk!!! It is, by far, the best healing and balancing diet I have ever been on.
