Hi Suzi,

> Christa, have you ever done a cleanse... even a 3 day juice fast?

> Suzi

no I haven't. I just can't believe it would accomplish anything.

Plus all that concentrated sugar just can't be good for you. Maybe

I'm thinking wrong.

I do not eat bread anymore and I don't like veggies (nor fruit).

So in the long run I would not be able to follow a diet like this. I

have tried.

And would it really address the kidney pain?

Pain is a signal that the body uses to identify and correct certain

problems or malfunctioning. Pain is not a disease in itself, but the

sign.of a proper immune response to an abnormal situation. When the

pain subsides naturally, without the use of painkillers, it shows that

the body has returned to a state of balance. Chronic pain indicates

that the immune response is not sufficient and that the cause of the

problem has not yet been removed.

Cleansing can help reduce and eliminate pain in the body, regardless of

whether it is felt in the joints, head, nerves, muscles or organs.

I can appreciate your concern about the high intake of sugar, however,

there are many herbal preparations that do cleansing of the colon,

bowls, kidneys, gallbladder and liver and remove parasites and fungus.

There is more to wellness than not eating bread and eliminating sugars.
