Guest guest
Hi Betty, Although I was a little reluctant since I've always exercised in the past, I went through some physical therapy, and it helped me a lot. The PT diagnosed me with a " rotated S.I. (sacro illiac) joint " . My left was shorter than the right.. .sometimes up to 5/8 of an inch. After the second session, my legs were even. After doing some exercises with him for once a week for 6 weeks, I noticed that it did help. I was able to wear shoes with normal souls (previously made higher on my left shoe). A previous doctor recommended the shoe lift. Anyway, it did help and continues to help if I do the exercises that we did. The doctor who I'm seeing now (and who recommended me to see this PT) didn't really have anything to say about the rotated S.I. joint. He's focused on my lower 4 vertebrae. (There is disk generation and my lower back curves over to the left.) The P.T. actually spent more time with me that first day than any doctor had. Therefore, it may pay off to see a P.T. if you haven't already. Bill > Hi, My name is betty and I just read the message asking about > the cortisone shots and my answer is they do help for a while. Guest guest
I think it was my sisters 4 th or 5th surgery that worked on her neck, but then a high speed crash (would have broken her neck the dr said) broke 2 titanium screws in her neck, and now she's a royal mess again. Hope that gives you some encouragment. Teri chronic back pain Hi, My name is betty and I just read the message asking about the cortisone shots and my answer is they do help for a while. I started taking them in July and just had one just before x-mas for a total of eight. I am to see a surgeon the 12 of Feb. This will be my second surgery and I would like to know how many people have had the second surgery, that it has helped.I am in a lot of painand taking pain pills, but it seems the only thing they are good for is to mess with your mind. I would like to know if there are any exercises or any thing I can do different. I do exersises everyday but maybe not the right ones. Guest guest
Lil, Sorry, but I don't have any pesonal experience with LDN and chronic back pain, but I just wanted to mention this; I know a woman who has MS and fell resulting in terrible hip pain. Since she had been using Bee Sting Therapy, she stung the area where the pain was. She did get some relief, but after several days there was still some pain and probably other stuff going on, so she went to the doctor. X-rays showed a fractured hip. Apparently the bee venom had relieved the pain quite a bit as they were suprised that she went so long! I would think that LDN would be worth a try. I don't see what it could hurt. Of course, not if she is doing any narcotic pain relievers. Also for another friend who has had a spinal fusion, and still has chronic severe pain. Thanks for any input. Blessings, Lil

Guest guest
have you read our files? If not, why would you want to read what I have to say, since I probably forgot what is already in the files. The best info is in the files, since it comes from others not just me, and there's tons of it...can't even remember it all. medical people don't attack usually they ignore. most mainstream med people I have dealt with are very supportive of this, they get it. the alternative meds people can be savage, accusative, nasty and irrational. if you ignore the law, then you will have problems, that is true here as everywhere. bG > > bG, Is there any experience which tells if application of Godzilla can be of help in relieving back pain due to scoliosis, deterioration of the spine from age and arthritis? I am desperate for something which might lessen my wife's continual back pain. I have a setup partly built so can proceed soon. > > BTW: Any thoughts about the medical marfia attacking a website devoted to this type of treatment? Guest guest
There is a very effective CMO protocol which I would be happy to share with you if you'd like. But it is off topic for here. Just email me off list and I will send s protocol to you. We tried it here at my home with some decent success. Several universities have them on the web. Google them and look for them in pdf so that they download easy. And lastly, something counter-intuitive. Keep her moving. I doubt if the conditions you mentioned are fixable, but the discomfort is addressable.
