Can you resend info on FLIGHT assistance for dr appts?

Hi there -

Someone (I'm sorry! can't remember! but I know you're

a long timer:) posted a new assistance program for

flights to take a child to a doctor's appointment, and

it was different than Wings for Angels or Angel Wings

or such...

I thought I'd saved it, but now I can't find it. I

sure need it ....
