Hi, YES HE GRINDS HIS TEETH!!!!!!!! Alot when he is stressed, and sometimes if he doesn't get enough input with crunchy food. the dentist said not to worry about it although his two front teeth are worn down--there is nothing he can do except a mouth piece and that isn't an option with him. He won't even let the dentist in his mouth without throwing up. It is an experience we don't enjoy--hopfully, he'll get better as he get older--but I'm not counting on it, luckily he has good teeth with the exception of the wearing down of the teeth.

It is better than it used to be, if that is any help.
