Have you tried to offset your candida by taking cream of tartar? It literally drowns candida. I get it in bulk, then encapsulate it and take it in the morning. Seems to reduce candida very nicely for me.Be well,Léna My hands have recently become dry and wrinkled. Itchy too. I thought this must have something to do with what I've been eating lately. I normally have a coffee in the morning. But recently I have been eating more dark chocolate and trail mix. Coffee, chocolate, nuts (almonds and cashews for me), dried fruit are all foods that contain mold. I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure this is what is causing this flare up in itchy, dry hands for me. It seems this is Candida related. These moldy foods are probably helping the Candida thrive. I do drink a decent amount of water, but I suppose the solution is more water and less of what I listed above. I'm going to try soaking them in tea tree oil to see if that helps too. Greg > > Hi - Sometimes when I am herxing or detoxing my fingers wrinkle, but my hands feel dry. It is a weird sensation that causes me to reach for the lotion. Does anyone else have this strange symptom or does anyone know what is going on??? Blessings, Meo >
