Guest guest
Hello, all -- I'm looking for info about Immunovir. Per Dr. G, we will be starting a two-month trial with our " low-NK " kiddo next week. For those who have experience with it: My understanding is that it's a pharmaceutical suppliment, not a " drug " per se. What form (tablet, liquid, capsule) does it come in and how do you administer it? How many times per day? How long does die-off last? Any obvious behavior/cognitive changes once die-off has subsided? And any recommendations to make him more comfortable during die-off? Any and all info welcomed! Donna
Guest guest
Hi, My son has been on Imunovir for just 2 weeks. It comes in a tablet form that is given by mouth. We are instructed to give it 5x/day (that is right, I said FIVE) and then 2x/day on the weekend. We have not seen anything positive or negative as of yet. FYI---it is very expensive ( Immunovir Hello, all -- I'm looking for info about Immunovir. Per Dr. G, we will be starting a two-month trial with our " low-NK " kiddo next week. Guest guest
The active ingredient is isoprinosine and is generally the only ingredient other than some kind of cellulose. It is not an essential nutrient. It is a precursor to adenosine. Guest guest
Our daughter has been on it for about 1 and 1/2 months and we haven't noticed a big difference. We just had blood work done so we don't know the results. How is she now? Is she still miserable? What was her blood work like? From: carrieps@... Date: Tue, 18 Aug 2009 14:51:28 -0700 Subject: Immunovir Our daughter has been on Immunovir for 2 months. After a 3 or 4 weeks on it, she had a couple weeks of being really miserable, whining and crying a lot, much less enjoyment of activities. We brought her to a doctor but she had no symptoms and they found nothing in numerous blood tests. Has anyone seen this with your child. We are wondering if this could be related to the immunovir? _________________________________________________________________ HotmailĀ® is up to 70% faster.
