I have been taking Dr. 's Adrenal Rebuilder for about 9 months which has helped. I read his book "Adrenal Fatigue" which has alot of useful info in it, though it does have alot for people that adrenals don't work great due to burning the candle at both ends vs. an infection as we have. But, he does address that, too. I am also taking maca for it, which has helped further. I recently bought an EMEM and have been using adrenal frequencies and do believe that gives me more energy.

I recently discovered a great place to buy name brand supplements at huge savings, such as Dr. W's I mentioned. It's www.greenandhealthy.com. (No affiliation with them).
