I've also heard that Artichokes are an excellent bile stimulator!

Good luck flushing everyone and speak in 2 weeks time (gonna miss the banter

Seriously, though, adding radishes to salads, or to juices is supposed to

help improve the flow of bile. I've read in some places that it's good to

eat a radish between meals. I suppose it has something to do with getting

the radish on an empty stomach.

Just thought I'd share that dietary note. :)

After writing about horseradish I had a hankering for sushi. I stopped and

got tofu/avocado/carrot sushi and they gave me lots of wasabi sauce. I just

LOVE that stuff!

There is a Whole Foods market about 10-15 minutes from me. I don't shop

there often because the prices are pretty high. But they have an awesome

salad bar - and with the salad cravings I've had lately, I've been scoping

out all the salad bars in the area at lunch time! :)

Hi ,

I don't know about horseradish other than I like it and this sounds reasonable

to me as it is a potent stimulator. ;-)

And thanks for the whole foods market link with the information on ginger, great

informative site. Do you shop Whole Foods in your area? I do here in Mpls.,

great organic grocery store for sure. ;-)
