I also use lithium orotate for brain fog - same dosage as Lena mentions. Surprisingly, it erased the fog I had struggled with for 2+ years after taking it for just 2 days. I also have migraines, and haven't noticed the lithium orotate having any affect either way on them. The only issue I have with it - it makes me really thirsty.
