CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS:

 

ATTACHED to this e-mail is the Conference Registration Form.  Please send out

this brochure to parents and organizations!   We appreciate your help

in spreading the word about our conference!    When you open the file, please

keep the first page for your information; and then fill out and mail in the

registration page with your payment.

 

Deadline for registrations and payments to be postmarked is September 26th. 

 

After that date, you must register at the door at a higher fee.

 

You do not need to list workshops you will be attending on the registration form

this year....  We will have a Conference Program for each participant that will

show room numbers for each Keynote and Workshop.   For this conference - we have

limited the number of workshops - so that everyone can participate in the

Keynote Sessions featuring the staff of Thoughtful House Center for Children.

Our 2009 Conference will again be the 1st Saturday in October - and we will

again have a wide variety of presenters and topics to choose from!

Our Resouce Fair is FREE and open to all in the community!  Please be a part of

our Resource Fair to allow parents to receive the information, support, and

resources they need!

in your registration form and payment!

If you need to make special arrangements for payment, or your state agency has

no budget for participation - please contact us by e-mail.
