I think they were just posting their experience that the frequencies stopped being effective and used a poor word choice reflecting they are still relatively new to using rife. It gives several pages of frequencies and an overview of rife. They state though (paraphrase) that organisms can become resistant to rife within 3 months. I found it hard to believe.
