Strattera dosing

Thanks to everyone who answered before.

Need any thoughts on dosing strattera.

Dr. has inc. from 18mg. to 25mg starting tomorrow. He has not been

sleeping at night goes to sleep but awakes at 4:00 a.m. stays awake

all night til daylight. Then very grouchy. So Dr. says to give in

a.m.

did this for a wk. he slept good a few days now awake all night

again. he falls asleep after b-fast.

Nothing is consistant with this little boy any meds usually positive

first few days then back to where we were.

He is extremely moody has been this way since takin all these

different meds. It is difficult to know what is working.

He nonverbal 10 yrs. old weighs 70 llbs.

Very scary to think about him being on these different medicines,

side affects ect. Anyone who has had any experience with this please

respond. He is on , resperdal .50mg a.m. .25mg noon, .25 eve. Celexa

10mg. a.m. Famvir 1 tab. a.m. 3/4 afternoon, 1 tab. eve. Ketaconazol

3/4 before bed, iron 50 mg/ day, multivit. enzymes. now strattera 25

mg.? to dose.

Someone mentioned chromium deficient for the aggression. I will

mentioned this to my daughter & check this out. I don`t Dr. G.

agrees with the whole vitamin protocol. The DAN just didn`t work for

him.

Thanks

Carole
