Supplemental Iodine: Lugol's or Iodorol, will replace the flouride in your system. Dr. Brownstein (drbrownstein.com) has a book about iodine which details the dangers of chlorine, bromine & flouride, all in the same family and all toxic. Jim has written about using Lugol's before. I think you start out with a low dose and see how much you can tolerate. Most people are very difficient in iodine. Khaya> > >> > > I was told the other day that green/black teas contain fluoride. I love tea, so I was troubled when I heard this...but from this article, and others, I guess no more tea for me...sniff, sniff> > > > > > http://poisonfluoride.com/pfpc/html/green_tea___.html> > >> >>
