Hi , I have late-stage Lyme 45+ years of it, and the last 5 I've been fighting it on many fronts and alkaline water (distilled and prilled water with lemon) has been a mainstay to balancing the ph in my body, with excellent results in less pain in joints and general increase in health. For herxes and early morning acidity, I also take Alka-Seltzer Gold for almost immediate relief. For my own revcovery, I personally disagree with the notion that alkaline water is bad for Lymies.
