Hi Barbara, their are MANY live flush variations out their on the net. I drank close to 32oz of apple juice with the ortho-phos for about 3 days then continued on the the ortho-phos drops. I Personally feel the 14 days is better opposed to the 4 days. After doing 10 of these nasty buggers....you get a feel for what's going on. When I rushed the flush doing only a couple days the stones where much larger and hurt to pass and purge. The longer time-frame really helped wear them down and make the process much smoother. I wish I could find my exact protocol....but a lot of my stuff is packed. Their are also some good gallbladder/liver supplements at www.healthproductsusa that helped too. I know I packed those notes already. HOpe this helps....this is my opinion only and what worked for me. I hope she gets some relief soon! The othro-phos should start bringing some right away....I know it helped me even before I did the purge. Take care, Jodie L.
