Guest guest
Darling Leah, by the same token, I should be respectful of my husband just as you were to your father. The thing is, he was a child, not my husband (at that moment.) I had to do something drastic or he would have gotten worse. I show him deep respect at all other times. Many have taken note of our honor and respect, along with love. I felt that the situation needed to be handled that instant in order to head off a more drastic situation. That was love and respect for his well being. I know it may be hard for some to understand, but it was necessary. As for being strong, I try but am not always and I didn't take your remarks to mean in a fussy or bossy way. I don't think any of us know how strong we are until we are faced with a challange. If someone had told me how strong I was going to need to be I would have said I don't have it in me. And there where times I thought I couldn't go on and there is one Bible verse that always came back to me. " I can do all things through Him who strengthens me " . I couldn't do it by myself but with God on my side, I could be strong. Love to you, Leah **************One site keeps you connected to all your email: AOL Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail.
